Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During the High Season orders can experience delays to be processed.

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected, please reference the above chart for additional information. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Karen Olivia Beauty LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
FedEx Smart Post is required for all deliveries at military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped.
In case of Delays or any situation with your delivery please contact the carrier and filled a claim. Karen Olivia Beauty LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delay packages.
Having trouble with tracking information
Shipping rates are based on the area items are being shipped out to. A tracking emailed the moment your order ships. In some cases, carriers do not update tracking until 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. Please check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information for your purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
return & exchange policy
All Eyelashes,Glue, Eyelash Tools are final sale. Due to the nature of our product and COVID-19 guidelines we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. Skincare Products can be returned or exchanged if unopened and in the original packaging within 7-14 days from purchase date. If an item is deemed defective, please email email@example.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchased. If the product is deemed defective by karenoliviabeauty.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from karenoliviabeauty.com orders. In case delay, lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward.
Processing time is 1-2 business days. For regular orders and for Rush Handling will be shipped out within 24 hours with the exception on orders placed Fridays after 2 pm, or during the weekend or Holidays, these orders will be processed the next business day.
Refuse or Return Packages
For In case of a Refuse or Return packages the shipping and handling fees will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund. Also a reshipping fee of $2.99 will be charge in case of a reshipment.
Incorrect Shipping information
Please understand that our system prints out shipping labels according to what the customers placed on their shipping and billing information. Please contact USPS to reroute your package in case of any error on shipping information. The Reshipment Fee in all orders will be $2.99. Karen Olivia Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped.
