About the Role
The ideal candidate should possess a winning attitude, be self motivated and reliable. MUST HAVE clientele or looking to build a new book. Lash Techs should be professional, maintain safety standards and training, and be up to date with trending styles. Social Media Presence and promotion is a MUST. Salon located close to public transportation on a busy street and has foot traffic.
Requirements
Must have valid PA Cosmetology license / Esthetician license and/or reciprocity, with a minimum of 2yrs floor experience preferred. All are welcome to apply. Individuals are expected to follow sanitation and cleanliness standards. Punctual, fashion forward, groomed, polished, creative and passionate. Must have EXCELLENT interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and outgoing personality. Knowledge of all lash styles, trends and much more.
